When you upload documents or images, we may process their contents to extract invoice, product, supplier, quantity, and pricing information.

3. AI and automated processing
Shaveh may use artificial intelligence and optical character recognition to read uploaded invoices, normalize product information, suggest matches, detect possible duplicates, and generate operational insights. Automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an authorized user before being relied upon for purchasing, accounting, or payment decisions.
We do not use customer documents to train public AI models unless we first obtain appropriate permission or provide a separate disclosure.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized members of your organization, suppliers or service providers involved in your purchasing workflow, and vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or process documents for the service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data storage and international processing
Information may be stored and processed in Israel or in other countries where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information during such processing.
